ok, so i read thru the first few pages, and the last few pages in this folder, and answered some of the questions I had about all these new looking caravans I've seen running around. the one thing I havent seen are the requirements for the actual caravans. I've come across info on what circle you have to be to modify certain things on them (on elanthipedia), but nothing about just the basic info on them... where to get them, requirements, etc... I know guildfest was mentioned a few times, but from what I read on the site, was that only for modifications?

Prerequisites...
Plate - 25th circle
Exterior - 25th circle
Interior - 50th circle

The plate seems a bit high to me, is 25th right on that?
