Recently, I've done some different testing, more based on exp gain rather than determining bonus because of questions raised in the Discord forum.
Taking a pouch and tying it and selling it with no other change results in unusual offers, far off what should be expected.
If these are to be considered effectively 1-gem objects, then the error should be no more than a copper or two.
