I attempted to use a management license in the Crossing Genealogy Office, but my Adoptee encountered an error.

"But you already have a last name!" or some such.

He had the surname/last name, but was to be given rights to propagate that surname to others.

It seemed unwieldy to clear his last name and then give him management rights, so we did not try that.

I attempted to BUG the management license ITEM, but probably failed. I can try again.
