So I started planning out a new thief and have a quick question. Is one able to use Khri Terrify out of the gate (after getting Focus of course) without needing to build up Debilitation first with Ambush Choke?

So I answered my own question with a quick PAFO and Terrify works as soon as you get it, and it is of course MUCH better to train with over Choke. Hopefully someone else will find this if they have the same question.
