I started training all of them a while ago, it's relatively painless. Dampen helps a ton when moving up the Stealth ladder in 4 armors. My current setup is:
an audrualm ring helm
a light audrualm plate mask
a tailored shirt of dove-grey Imperial weave
a small diamond-hide shield
some audrualm scale gloves
some slate-hued pants
Hindrance without Dampen:
But considering all the armor and shields you are wearing or carrying, you are currently somewhat (6/14) hindered and your stealth is insignificantly (3/14) hindered
Hindrance with Dampen:
But considering all the armor and shields you are wearing or carrying, you are currently somewhat (6/14) hindered and your stealth is barely (1/14) hindered.
The stuff I have is expensive, but you can duplicate the hindrance with this setup for around 750plat, the majority of which are the bloodstained leathers:

lumium scale gloves
