I was lazy and used my contacts to fix my armor.... instead of using Unspiek, who repairs everything and was down the block they used 'Wyla'. Never heard of him, no reference to him on Wiki. Ether he's a super secret thief repairman who super-sneaked my armor or this is just frustrating. Anyone point me in the right direction?

I don't know where any repair people are. I contact fix everything. Send it off and then send the ticket back.
