I know this is very niche, but I have wanted this for a while:

A light edge weapon that can can be filled with poison. For example, the handle is hollow and a thief character can POUR a certain amount of poison inside. Then, by TURNing the weapon a dose of the poison can be applied with 2-3 seconds roundtime. This action can of course be performed in stealth.
