You see an empath run to you complaining about a graverobber. He tells you he lost his <insert kind of cool item/money/ etc> to this graverobber. Its a crime that someone can die healing you and you steal all their stuff so you decide to reach into your own pockets to help this poor soul........

Is this evil?

Caretaker Sfjsdlkfjldsjf hugs you and walks off.

Next time :

Hey I remember you, can I have a heal?
I would give anything to heal anyone right now...but I accidently attacked a hog and still have to figure out how to get my powers back
SFjsdlfjsdl puts a scimitar in my backpack
Sfksdjflksd puts a crystal in his backpack
Sfdfdjslfjd puts a topaz in his backpack

Sfjdlskfjd waves

Ok point being, is this Wrong to do?

Scamming = theft, according to the latest consent policy.

However, you will have to prove that the person is not an empath before you can take action.

Simple way is to get another empath to check them for shock, or stalk them until you see them fighting - if they get stunned on each attack, they're an empath.

My 2 cents.
