I could swear they are after me... as in... REALLY..... I've been hiding for a while and not turning my self in as a matter of a personal dispute with the 'lovely' judge in The Crossing. I have not won a case in ages there so I've decided to say screw it, I ain't going in for as long as I can.

I am not sure what it's going to do to my bonus, but bleh. It should be fine. It never moves from average anyway.

Anyway, I REALLY do see more of them these days it seems. I can't sit in a room for more than 5 minutes without one of them waltzing in. I REALLY am suspicious they are hunting me down...

Confirmation bias.

You're watching for them, so you're seeing them, is all. I do think they're more prevalent in certain sections of the city, but even at that, you have a ton of tools to avoid them, the least of which is passages, why're you chilling in the open?
