I'm tossing around an idea and would love to know what YOU think!

As many of you know, Prince's wedding packages come with a rental of a tent with an altar, dance floor, etc usable at Tamsine's Rest just south of Leth. But what if that wasn't the only place it could be?

If you could choose a place to drop that tent elsewhere in Elanthia -- that wasn't inside, in the water, or in a hunting area -- where would YOURS go?

Once upon a time my character was going to get married in one of the gardens or groves around the Great Tower. Those seem like good places for weddings.

You turn the gaharzen a few ways, trying to activate it. You hear an unsettling metallic click, and the gaharzen vibrates slightly in your hand.
The gaharzen pulses a moment then shatters in majestic beauty, sending slivers flying.

There are some lovely gardens along the cliffs in the Sea Caves that would make a nice spot for a wedding. The added bonus there is that other premium members from all over Elanthia could join via the festive portals.

The Trader's Guild in Riverhaven is a great spot since you can purchase dated and time stamped invitations. I've been to weddings in the cliff gardens of both Ratha and Aesry that have made lovely backdrops for the ceremonies.

Its a great idea to allow people to move the tents to the area where most of their family and friends are already located! Makes it easier to remind people that the day is approaching too.

I'd love to see invites like those whisper cards added to the compliment of services available. The biggest headche for most people is traving the globe to hand out the invitations.

I'd think anywhere there is a garden would be nice. Like Silveron or any other manor house like it.

Crossing - Town Green (any directional, except TGSW and SE), Market Bazaar (there is one room that doesn't have a stall in it), on the temple grounds, on the roof of an Inns.

Leth area - the path where the skunk is on the way to Leth from Crossing, I think it's called a glade, on the roof of the Inn.

Arthe Dale - On the roof of the Inn, in the garden patch, on the green two north of the swimming hole.

Kaerna - On the roof of the Inn, and at the well.

Tiger Clan - on the green.

Wolf Clan - off the path near the tannery.

Riverhaven - on the roof of the Inns, Hospital garden, temple garden.

Langenfirth - At El Bain's north of the picnic table near the cabins, on the roof of the Inn, on the temple grounds.

Therenborough - on the keep grounds, garden near the chapel.

That's just for starters.

I would say the waterfall in the goblin brook.

My Paladin would want to be married in the Great Hall of one of the Therengian Keeps (not necessarily Theren Keep proper) or the chapel in Therenborough. It would be nice to be able to do part of the traditional Therengian marriage customs (abuertelo duel, lake ceremony) as well.

Being that most of my characters are gnomes, I'd say in the Gnome Village, but since such village does not yet exist, I'd say maybe right inside the gear gate in Raven's Point or anywhere there is a factory or some type of engineered marvel for gnomes to tinker with.

* Not all the areas in Tamsine?s Rest allow the Party Tent and Wedding Canopy;
particulary the clearing over the bridge
* Our favorite where we were bonded - Riverhaven?s Temple Gardens.
* Re-create the Wedding Barge at the dock in The Crossing that was open when Prince
Vorclaf and Princess Arilana were preparing for their wedding. (perhaps make it
rentable for sailing for those without access to a private vessal)
* One place not available to non-clerics is the beautiful garden through the Library
in the Clerics guild.

Votes for me would be for Hodierna's Solace south of the ferry to Leth, as well as the Secluded Glade that's just a little further south of there. Wouldn't mind having one at the Chapel in Ilaya Taipa, either.
