So I had what I believe to be a great idea for a verb, would it be possible to construct a help player verb that when keyed in would result in your assisting that player with their next non combat action?
Obviously it would need to have a very short active time span.

Examples would be like

(player 1) help *player 2*

Resulting in

(player 1 sees) <you offer assistance to (player 2)>

(player 2) stand

(player 2 sees) <(player 1) offers you assistance>

(player 2) accept

(player 1 sees)
<You steady yourself and offer your arm to (player2) whom gratefully reaches up and grasps your forearm rising to a standing position>

(player 2 sees)
<You look up and see (player 1) holding his arm out to you, you grasp it and rise to your feet.>

Or
??? spin it however ye wish but I think it be worth looking into ???

Help is already used to explain other verbs, but I think your idea is a great one! Instead of Help, maybe Aid?

I like the idea.

You could add a check to the existing Support command for combat status:
If no_combat then Support <target> grants a small xp boost to the target's next action.
If yes_combat then you have access to the existing combat Support options.
