pure and simple, shard sends assassins into zoluren to collect debts from people who are warrented in shard.
I dont think that should be allowed, thats a no no
So so I want people to back me from zoluren (shard too, if you dont like it)
yell at the prince, tell him to yell at whoevers ruling shard (or sending out the assassins)

What I love is that my moonmage was assassinated for being an enemy of Shard, because he accidentally blew a rogue gate trying to gate people to the festival. Good thing the grey assassin does his homework. Kudos on that one.

This apply to older warrents too?

Got caught shoplifting on my moonie in Shard about a month or two ago...So maybe I should be worried.

Where the heck do you go in Shard to turn yourself in if you are wanted for something?

Shard really isn't my city, so I'm not familiar with these things down there.

Hmm- well, you could try surrenderring to one of the Sentinels. Or you could try down one of the halls in the Great Tower. I've never been arrested in Shard so I have no working knowledge of how that works there.
