I didn't really know where else to put this, but here goes.

Dear Valashay,

I have had a lot of time to reflect on my behavior and comments towards you the last two times we interacted. In doing so, I've come to a realization. I am a complete boob. I have been being completely rude to you and have blamed it on an unpleasant interaction we had so many years ago that I can't even remember what it was about. I have been holding a grudge against you and treating you badly for reasons I can't remember. If I can't remember why, it obviously must not have been so terrible.

I offer to you my most deepest and sincerest heartfelt apology for my behavior of late. I hope that you read this and accept my apology and that we can start over and leave the past in the past (this of course means I will leave the past in the past).
