Why can't commoners use gweths? Non magic users can, I don't see the rationalization for it.

Commoners can use jadeite gweths, they can't use kyanite gweths.

I'm not sure how it works out with the lesser gweth types.

Gweths are supposed to be changing, somehow, in the future.

Personally I don't see the point in catering to commoners at any level, although some abilities would be novelty fun.

If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

Commoners can use the Jadite gweths now. But still can't use the kyanite, unless there is some kind of concentration limitation I'm missing.

The K gweth has a circle requirement as far as I am aware.
