Well then. In the spirit of showcasing alterations, this is one of my favorites. Won a GM Rottcloar (of gerbil launcher fame) alteration in the auction designed to raise funds for rebuilding the Crossing Temple after it was destroyed (Gorbesh invasion?):


Inv appearance: a battle-scarred leather traveler's pack that has the crest of the barbarian's guild stitched across the flap with the dessicated tendons of a blood warrior

Look: Various scratches and dents mar the soft black leather of the pack. The heavy cords that depict the crest of the barbarians guild are encrusted with blood. The faint scent of Adan'f suggests that these are the tendons of a blood warrior. Under the crest a name has been tooled with delicate care, "Alemaster Durah, 355".
