Was looking over titles and noticed this one had "mystery requirements" too. Is there anyone out there with a lot of swimming who can shed some light on this one?

Late to the party - though no title at 834 swimming, 853 scouting. I'm guessing its 1000 in each. I've quit training swimming since its going away and I've backed off my scouting training quite a bit. That is, when I actually play anymore ...
