Can anyone confirm if casting Spider Climb increases the experience gains from practicing the same climb? Or will that only help if it allows you to move up to a higher difficulty climb?

Also, does SPC (or just increased climbing ranks in general) decrease the fatigue hits from climb attempts, or is that just a stat thing?
