I seem to remember years ago when I played that there was a place to dye leather but can't for the life of me remember where. Anyone help me out?

There's two, one in Tiger Clan and one in Leth. There're lists of both here:

The Leth shop tends to dye in more soft or pastel-type colors than the Tiger Clan shop.
