Since someone else posted about it and I haven't been around since that list, I figured I'd throw some points down myself.

Protection:
SOP Gone? Wow, that'll be weird...(Our first ever spell gone the way of the dodo)
Forestwalker's Boon:
So its a spell to make 4-footers friendly with us? Not sure what the usefulness is in this one. Though perhaps if we could get those 4-footers to work with us against 2-footers besides us and our group?
Natural Grace:
Sounds good. But isn't this duplicated "plus" by Cheetah swiftness?

Animal Abilities:
Not much to say on these, so I'll go with what you've got.

Wilderness survival:
Blend: So we'll be like predator for real right? that will be super.
"Athleticism"
Well, since frogs can climb and swim, how about something fun like "frogger" (haha) Having said that, should be an animal ability since its replacing two animal abilities. As well, something of a climbing amphibian...

Nature Manipulation:
New compost sounds like fun.
Swarm sounds like old swarm, so super...
Awaken Forest: increased duration with increased power right?
Branch Break: Will use rocks, halflings, etc., for whatever is in the area still right?
Eagle's Cry: Animal Ability?

Everything else looks like fun though, seems a good adjustment.
