Alright folks, first thing's first.

Several scheduling conflicts erupted when the 19th was posted as the date, the biggest being Audacia.

In light of this, the date has been moved to the Sunday, the 4th of October. This is set in stone. If it doesn't happen that day, it won't happen until 2010 sometime.



We're going to hold off on running a 'Naked Ranger Race', and instead opted to have a 'Gathering of the clans' so to speak.

We'll be holding a large gathering, a picnic, multiple smaller scavenger hunts, relay races...An Archery contest, Charades, roshambo, arm wrestling (maybe.), and perhaps even a a cabana boy/girl auction or four (all proceeds to line Audacia's pockets.)

On the GM side of things, I do hope to arrange a merchant wagon and (hopefully) the merchant to go with it, as well as a dance floor and LOTS of booze.
