She's called the Ice Queen because of her magical abilities, not personal taste. You mentioned the Outcast War diplomacy talks, which is good! But her freezing that guy didn't cause local or regional weather patterns to change.

General sentiments aside, I'd rather see the mountain elves home flushed out and accessible rather than have Morganae take over Shard, but I'm not completely opposed to the idea.
