That's what all the titles are, you just need the skill to prove it.

Ah, well I wasn't aware that was what he was talking about, or that it fell under the Premium catagory. I would guess this was a mistake, and not some intent to trivialize a ranger title.

There is another title that falls into two places I believe. I seem to recall seeing one. Maybe it was Keeper, but I do remember noticing a dual catagory title.
