I'm opposed to the fact that most Ranger abilities are centered on our tert skill set. To that end as the Ranger's prime buff that other guilds would seek out I suggest one based on beseeches.

Beseech the Wild to Extend
_Align 50 - 500 (SH)
_Duration = SH*(0.65-SH/1725) (30-180 min with decreasing returns on investment)
_Must be imitated in the wild.
_Members of the Rangers's group at the time of beseeching become in tuned with the part of the ranger's connections to nature (confound).
_Ranger survival bonus extends to the group starting at the Ranger's current bonus level.
_Those under the influence of WtoE have a ranger bonus level that can fluctuate just like a normal ranger bonus.
_No need to stay in the group.
_Those under the influence of WtoE can have MON cast on them.
