This isn't a nerf (Or a buff, or really anything), just clean up.

The Protection Spellbook was a holdover from Ye Olden Days and was the only spellbook shared between guilds - which causes a number of behind the scene headaches. Under 3.0 there wasn't a single shared spell in the book between Empaths and Rangers so there was no real advantage to maintaining the status quo.

Instinct has been migrated to the Animal Abilities tree and still acts as the intro spell to that entire spellbook.

Essence of Yew has been migrated to the Wilderness Survival tree and reqs HoL.

There are likely still a few references to the Protection book existing for Rangers (and by likely I mean almost certainly) and I'll be tracking those down in the near future - please let me know of any you find since I suspect I'll miss some. I wanted to make sure the actual changes to the two spells in Protection book took place before the spell preview ended so I released this portion in advance of the rest of the clean up.
