I was wondering if Sithix wouldn't mind a couple of suggestions.

Would it be possible to give our companions actions to do when someone else besides the ranger tries to pet, tickle etc. (similar to what fams do now)? It would be really nice if say a wolf growled and snapped at someone who tried to pet it--and sometimes even bite the person. (payback for all the times I have been slapped by a bear into kingdom come). And it would be really nice if we could, over time, train our companions to let folks give it an occasional pet.

I mention this because what most folks want to do when they meet a companion is to pet it. And I know some folks who are hurt they can't (their character is hurt--like an empath being hurt he/she can't touch one).

Also, is it too soon for Sithix to come forward with a few things he was going to give our companions the capacity to do? If I remember rightly, he posted that they will be able to do an expanded number of actions.
