I just recently circled from 38 to 39. I already had 20 spell slots but once I circled I was told that I would receive more. I did for a moment then I was given a message saying something to the effect of your spell slot number was not correct and has been fixed back to 20. I can't find the exact message. Just wondering what I should have.
