I agree. Now, some things in the museum just south of the Great Tower can be purchased. But I have seen little in all of Ilithi that is actually Elothean-themed, unless it's in the citizen shop.
There are a number of empty and abandoned buildings in Ilithi, and there is one tailor's shop that has never (that I remember) been opened. Perhaps an Elothean shop could be placed in one of those?
