This is just a small addition to Claw of Eu NPCs, such as Vaelorn in Silverclaw Hub.

You may now ask these NPCs about SOUL and be told if you were ever soulbonded in a previous life. There is a 10% chance that you will be told yes. This is largely fluff and will not be used outside of these NPCs. It's entirely up to you to choose your own RP and you do not have to accept the answer you're given.
