I had always thought that only Olvi were able to "master" smoke images.

Recently, however, I've been teaching a non-Olvi the images and he's mastering them.

Has it always been that anyone could "master" an image? Or was this a change?

I'm just curious, more than anything else. I know only Olvi can teach the images.
