It is my understanding that Bracelet was only taught to one person, who may or may not have passed it on.

My question is simple. Does the character that knows Bracelet still exist? And who is it? I'd like to find them in game to at least discuss it, understanding that they may or may not want to teach it to anyone else.

i don't know who knows it in prime, but i do have a character that knows the bracelet image in plat. :-)

My understanding, if this is the correct image, is that the player had decided to never share the image as a giant finger to everyone.

here's the messaging for "bracelet".

wheezer - You blow a couple of smoke rings that drift aimlessly away.
sneerzer- You exhale a couple of smoke rings towrad your hand, but they drift in the wrong direction.
whiffler - You breathe out three oblong somke rings and manage to catch one of the rings on your hand.
streamer- You hold up an arm and puff out three small smoke rings which encircle your wrist like bracelets before fading away.
master - Blowing out some smoke, you create three small smoke rings of which two settle around your arm like bracelets, the third on one of your fingers. The rings seem to sparkle with precious jewels.
