Really love being able to slam with an arm-worn shield. Thanks again! Semi-relevant... Just want to show my appreciation for a great change.
On the topic of smite, can it be expanded to work with shields as well as weapons, held or arm-worn, perhaps with a greater bonus for the former? Alternatively, I can see it working like an attack with both weapon and shield for normal attack RT or 1 second over. There's something I really enjoy about being able to attack with shields in games where sword-and-board is an option.
Smite still really needs a buff. It's still really weak for a special ability. Most of the time, it doesn't even result in different hit messaging over a slice. I'd rather have something that does a higher level or two damage messaging on average (e.g., a hard hit instead of a good hit slice) on a usage timer so someone doesn't just smite, smite, smite.

Would be nice to make smite a called attack. Like smite slice, or smite draw... That way you could really get it in where you wanted it.

The problem with Smite, IIRC, is that it's mostly an accuracy boost with a small damage boost. PC's don't typically need accuracy buffs so Smite comes off as largely useless compared to pre-3.0.

I find I get more milage using Draw until I'm overwhelming someone and using Chop, then ever using Smite. Which is really too bad.

Called smite would be awesome. I find myself rarely using smite because it sucks for what it is. Being able to Smite draw or Smite slice wound spice up smite nicely I think. Smiting with a shield slam or Smiting with a offhand would be cool too.

As someone who uses targeted ambushes, and backstabs left handed IG... it's clunky. lol There's not really a better way to do it, but it's a mess.
