What happened to the old "Praetor" title? That was one of my favorites, and it seems it is no more. What gives?

It's possible that it got moved or removed. A year or two ago the title system changed. All titles are now skill based.

some of the new titles are listed on the website in the titles category. not all of 'em though.

Doesn't appear that the title is listed anywhere on elanthipdia, i'd guess it got removed.
