love the idea of our self glyphs effecting those in our group when the lead abilty is on... great idea... it would add a lot to lead... by not just making it a combat bonus..

Example: lead a group of novice moonmages and trace the glyph of mana so they can actually cast more then once an hour with their very low power perceive(anyone who has a novice moonmage right now knows what i mean)

lead a group of thieves (or one you quickly grab the hand of) and trace the glyph of light... surrounding them with light orbs so they can be seen when they is trying to steal.. thwarting the attempt and giving a boost to their perception if yer helping them.. instead of protecting your pockets and the pockets of others (there is good thieves out there.. i found one once.. but accidently stepped on him... oh well)
