Currently, you can check how many days remain on the 365-day cooldown by going to Hibarnhvidar and attempting to start the holy weapon changing quest.

How often are Paladins needing to check this cooldown? Is there significant demand among Paladins to be able to check this cooldown anywhere? How frequently are Paladins changing their holy weapons?
