Not really sure where to post this and figured this is as good a place as any. Not really an issue and handing it in to Verika completes the quest in spite of what it says, but the voice you hear while praying for the Glyph of Light quest still tells you to hand the torch to Darius in the Crossing Guildhall.

Woe be unto the Paladin that fails to devote his full concentration to his assigned task."
