Does RUE increase the effective weight of weapons? I ask because I get a 1/3/4 roundtime with my khuj having 44 str and 30 agil normally but when I use RUE the rt goes up. Is this due to an increase in effective weight or does the balance bonus on the khuj skew the RT calc towards my lower agility stat and cause the RT?
