What is required ranks and stats for a paladin to be an effective armor forger?

I'm curious about what I'd have to acheive if I made a paladin in plat to be able to forge the best HP and LP I possibly could.

200 FF to cap accessories and make decent other stuff. 300 FF will let you cap about anything with the right mix.

ML right now is only 10% of the FF, but weighs considerably with regard to breaking things. I would say at least 200 ML so you don't waste too much time.
