Couple quick questions about the fest amulets.
1. Can they be altered?
If so...
2. Should you alter it before or after setting it with a soulstone?
I thought I saw something about Dartenian mentioning alteration process with them but can't for the life of me find the post. Thanks.

I believe all Soulstone things can be altered.

It is better to alter it after the soulstone is set, and I believe it needs to make sense with an ending of ...a soulstone is in the setting (that might be miss worded, don't have access to a character with a soulstone amulet).
