In case anyone was wondering how big of a soul hit you got for using a poisoned weapon was, its huge. Went from pristine to commoner in one swing.

I could cast....

TR, BoT, HeS, TiP, Clarity, AG, and CrC.

I know from experience last time I really tanked my soul I wasn't able to cast BoT or CrC so I think spells just kinda trickle back.
