Any chance that the cut ritual could be updated to maintain stealth?

Most of our other rituals are messy and require a corpse, so pulling you out of hiding makes sense. If I'm using cut, though, it's because I'm about to attack something (BLB or QE) and if I was hiding in the first place it's because I wanted it to be a surprise.
