Unless something intentionally changed between 2015 and now, this is not how CRE currently works. I cannot speak to the DO, but CRE does NOT count as a strike towards becoming Forsaken.

SRE + CRE + CRE = Unsullied
SRE + CRE + CRE + SRE = Forsaken

One other note: we've had several folks reactivating older characters, and not having a way to tell if they're Forsaken or not.

Can a command be added to just state outright if you're Forsaken or Unsullied? Or a line to PRAY, perhaps?

If you've just come back and you don't remember your only options:
1) Go hang out in town and get pinged by Suspicion.
2) Go hang out in a holy spot and get DO.

The lack of favors, by itself, isn't a definitive way to tell if you're Forsaken or not.
