Been a couple years since last requested but could the Mind Shout recast timer get looked at? Can we get debilitation skill ranks to further reduce the cooldown timer in combination with the mastery feat like the timer works with DB and ToTRS?
5 minute recast without the feat makes our ultimate debilitator a niche 3 slot spell. 4 slot investment for a 3 minute recast is painful.
