Is appraisal value of telescopes indicative of telescope quality or is this a phantom quality that only applies to a few 'new' telescopes that were advertised as 'high quality' telescopes? Where do master-crafted player crafted telescopes fall in terms of quality? Can telescopes be updated to show relative quality via analyze?

For some reason, I thought it showed up in the appraise, but it doesn't seem like it does. I'll add something. In general though, it's as you might expect: Auction > Quest > HE > Crafted or 24/7 merchant.
