I recently solicited a high level prediction to help boost my Forging.

I was given this excerpt from the moon mage's log. According to elanthipedia the bolded message should correspond to a 20% bonus, at half effectiveness because this is a crafting skill. Instead of the expected 10% bonus, I got a flat +10 in EXP MODS.
