While we are at it, how about sect oriented titles:
Nomad Scout, Nomad Warrior; Nomad Chieftain; Nomad Shaman, Nomad Eldar
The criterion would be something like: 0-100 in each of target, top weapon, armor, evasion, parry, and multi opps; then 101-200, 201-300, 301-400. When you get to Eldar, over 401 in each of those skills plus at least 5 IC years within the sect
A similar progression would be good with each of the tribes of the sects, i.e., Windwalker Warrior, Windwalker Chieftan, etc.
Apart from sect titles, for general moon mage combat titles I suggest:
Crystal Star, Topaz Star, Sapphire Star, Emerald Star, Ruby Star - again the criteria for which would be 100 rank increments (starting at 0-100) in each of target, top armor, weapon, evasion, parry, and multi opps - balanced skills being stressed.
Then for combat mages with significant stealth skills:
Crystal Moon, Topaz Moon, Sapphire Moon, Emerald Moon, Ruby Moon having the same criteria as basic combat mages but also 100 rank increments in each of perception, hiding, escaping, stalking, and first aid.
Finally, Shadow Eye - the criteria being Ruby Moon, plus both a ranged and melee weapon in excess of 400
With each title, should go a tatoo of the rank on a selected body part, the tattoo being present even if the title is not worn.
