Basically this ability would function like Bardic screams/Paladins smites. If it was successful it would give a boost exactly like you had completed a combo after doing a tactics analyze and give experience for astrology.

You would gain free predictions based on astrology ranks similar to how a paladin gets free smites based on their conviction that recharge every minute. If you didn't have any free predictions, you would then draw from your prediction pools til they were empty.

And keeping in line with the guild theme that we are playing with powers that are alien and want to kill us, it would only be right that if your prediction pools were empty and you had no free predictions, you would have a visit from the winged skull. Which could come with a range of possible outcomes from a short stun to immobilized and possibly prone.
