From everything I've read, I should have been able to get the time sense ability a couple ten's of circles ago, but still get the "aren't ready for any new skills" message from Kssarh. Am I experiencing a bug, or can it only be learned up to a certain point? Having to go outside to tell the time is getting old (in terms of this specific profession).
