I've just released a few minor adjustments to observations.

1) Scholarship will now play a slightly reduced role in your pool gain (It use to be equal to astrology).
2) The predictive potential of a heavenly body will have much more influence on your potential pool gain. (This is what you see with recall heavens). The influence of this value was inadvertently minimized the last time I tinkered with observation code.
3) The base amount added to each pool before skill/stats/predictive potential is factored in has been reduced. This is to compensate for the above change.

Which is a long winded way of saying "It should matter more what you choose to observe and the math won't be quite so badly weighted in favor of objects that predict multiple pools (though it still likely favors those more than I'd like, I just don't want to over adjust right now)."
