I've just made two changes to the Gwethsmasher enchant.

The first is the restoration of the requirement to know Seer's Sense or Thoughtcast (Thoughtcast being recommended). This had been turned off for the spell preview which ended uh... awhile ago.

The second is the reduction of the cool down to just a couple of hours under 5/10 days (depending on which spells you know).

PLEASE NOTE If you are currently in a cool down period, this will not reduce that. It will only apply to new enchantments.

This is live in all instances.
