I've made two minor adjustments to Observe.

The first is a bug fix that was showing Amlothi instead of Szeldia when observing the heavens.

The second is a fairly raise to the cap on how much you can learn for a single pool from a single observation. This should mostly impact players with high levels of skill observing particularly potent heavenly bodies.
